We are a professional couple with over 27 years' experience, both graduates of the Lycée Hôtelier Paul Augier in Nice.
You'll join a small team working in a friendly, dynamic, close-knit and rigorous family atmosphere.
We work with raw, fresh, seasonal produce, with a speciality of premium beef. The menu is deliberately short and frequently renewed. Current capacity is 40 covers. At present, our business is focused on individual customers. Some banquets are not excluded in the future, depending on our customers' requests.
Our professional equipment is of the highest quality, enabling us to work in good conditions and offer our customers a top-quality service.
NB: Given the working hours (end of service 11:30 pm), it is essential to have a means of transport and to live within a 10 km radius.
